Der Absender dieser Karte macht ein wenig Werbung für sein Land. Er erzählt, wie toll das Essen und wie freundlich die Leute in Thailand sind. Eine der Hauptattraktionen ist das Tuk-Tuk. Also im Grunde genommen eine Art Motorrad mit Sitzen. Nach den Angaben des Autors ist das die günstigste Möglichkeit, schnell vorwärts zu kommen. Wikipedia wiederum schreibt, dass der Fahrpreis in etwa dem der Taxis entspricht.

Der offizielle Name lautet wohl ?????? oder Samlor. Die Zeiten, in denen die Samlors selbst hergestellt wurden, sind vorbei. Heute kann man die für 80.000 Baht kaufen. Das entspricht etwa 1.600 Euro.
